The Queen's Rangers were honoured to meet Robert Hardy CBE. Joining us on both days of the Charlesbury Event 2003. He very generously presented our group with a signed book on the subject of the American loyalists. This fine actor and acknowledged historian can claim descent from the Pepperrell family of New England.

Members were pleased to meet John Mollo prolific costume designer for period TV dramas such as Hornblower, Sharpe & the film Revolution. Honiton 2006.

Our Society was honoured to be commissioned to provide photos and script for the prestigious publishers Dorling Kindersley in their comprehensive work "Soldier". It was our influence which convinced them to give due recognition to the contribution of the loyalist in the American Revolution, in particular the exploits of the Queen's Rangers.
